At work with Dad

From a young age our girls have been out working with their dad. They visit forestry blocks, private farms and coastal bush areas through out the North.

Meeting with clients and learning the importance of respecting other peoples properties.

If you open a gate, close it behind you. Keep it tidy. Try not to leave too many big skid marks in the winter.

Smile and say hello when you you see clients.

We teach them to look after Papatuanuku Earth mother as it is kind and giving to us.

It feeds not only humans but animals, insects and birds too.

Working with bees has been a class room of learning. These amazing insects pollinate flowers to reproduce fruit and plants then to collect pollen and nectar to make their own source of food to feed themselves and create a super food we call honey.
